History
Stephen has been a Louisiana Licensed Realtor since 1999, and his experience is mainly with residential properties and land in St. Tammany, Tangipahoa,Washington, Livingston, Jefferson, St. Charles, St. John, Ascension, and Orleans Parishes. He was previously a sales associate with Coldwell Banker TEC in Mandeville and Keller Williams Mandeville. He has also property managed rentals in Terrebonne Parish, and he has been invovled in construction management projects of homes in Tangipahoa and St. Tammany Parishes. Stephen is the Manager of Boudreaux and Associates, L.L.C which was organized in 1998 and First Million, L.L.C. in 2006.,


In March of 2005, Stephen and his long time friend, Larry D. Ward Sr., a Louisiana Licensed Broker, have joined together to form a real estate team that has years of experience in Residential and Commerical sales including property management of Residential and Commericial properties. Larry has been very sucessful in the real estate business in Terrebonne Parish since mid 1980s, and he became a Broker in 1989. He was affliated with Century 21.


Boudreaux and Associates L.L.C. DBA United Realty of St. Tammany received their Louisiana Real Estate Broker's License on April 12, 2005.
